Nicole's real estate journey began in 1999 when she earned her first state affiliate broker's license in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Over the next several years she represented more than 100 buyers and sellers while helping establish the REMAX franchise in the Little Dixie Region.
In 2003 she relocated to Columbia, Missouri and obtained her second state affiliate broker's license, joining the #1 agent with REMAX as a dedicated buyer's agent.
Nicole eventually settled in Tennessee, earning her third state affiliate broker's license and joining Mullins Realty Group. Today she brings every lesson learned across three states and nearly three decades to buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee.
She holds three of the most respected credentials in real estate — ABR, CRS, and GRI — giving her clients an uncommon blend of buyer advocacy, residential specialization, and deep industry education.
